In my latest analysis of the USA Coalition versus the Russia-China Coalition from Monitoring Risks by Dr. Ziva Rozen-Bakher, I spoke about a ‘Merger of Allies’ between Russia and China (see below the relevant part). The announcement from today about restoring diplomatic relations between Iran and Maldives, as well as between Iran and Saudi Arabia, are good examples of the implementation of this merger. My speculation is that it is also related to the expansion of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) with new members (see below for information on SCO).
