Is Israel can Afford the Occupation of Palestine?: ‘Soft Extinction’ versus ‘Hard Extinction’

I already wrote about the negative implications for Israel in continuing with the Occupation of Palestine (see below), but now Israel entered into Self-Destruction if it will insist on holding under occupation millions of suffering Palestinians. The Self-Destruction can occur in a slow process or in a fast process depending on how many mistakes the State of Israel will continue to make. First, even Israel can not ignore the fact that the Occupation of Palestine harms Israel at any level. It harms Israel at the economic level due to the unprecedented costs of the war, as well as due to Formal Sanctions and Informal Sanctions by many countries and organizations worldwide, because today, no one likes to do business with a country that is responsible for killing of thousands of children and women including holding millions under Starvation and Daily Pogroms by the Israeli Settlers. It harms Israel at the Legal Level because the international community will bring to justice the Israeli leaders that responsible for what happening in Gaza via the International Court of Justice. It harms Israel because Israel is violated the International Law when Israel is insisted on holding the Occupation of Palestine. It harms Israel at the Geopolitical Level because many countries avoid or limit their International Relations with Israel amid the Occupation of Palestine including 29 countries that still don’t recognize the State of Israel due to the Occupation of Palestine. It harms Israel also at the Internal Political Level because of the harsh division that exists today in Israel between the Far-Right Camp and the Central Camp. It harms Israel even at the Social Level because it is very hard for the public in Israel to live under continuous stress of daily casualties and daily military strikes without any prospect for security, stability, and calm. Therefore, under this Self-Destruction of Israel, my prediction is that two scenarios may happen yet none of them are good ones. To the first scenario, I call ‘Soft Extinction', namely a slow process that will lead to the situation that 'Normal’ Israeli Jewish people no longer would like to continue to live in Israel, while the extremist Far-Right Settlers that already run Informal Army against the Palestinians will lead the Self-Destruction of Israel by ignoring any rational factor in terms of the negative implications to the economic, security, geopolitics, international law and more. Under this scenario, Israeli Jewish Secular ones will say why I should risk my life by fighting in Gaza, paying high taxes, and living under tremendous stress, while the Israeli religious ones get more and more public money including an exemption from fighting in Gaza and West Bank. It is already happening in the last decade, but if Israel will insist in continuing with the Occupation of Palestine, then it will lead to a decrease in the share of the ‘Normal’ people in Israel, while an increase in the share of the Israeli Extremists including those who live on the public money until to the point that the Israeli Economy will no longer afford this Self-Destruction. However, to the second scenario, I call 'Hard Extinction’, namely a fast process via traumatic military events that after them Israel no longer will be the same as we know it today.  Some will say that it has already happened due to the traumatic events of 7 October 2023, but they are wrong because Israel can still save itself from the Self-Destruction if Israel will be able to see the reality as is without illusion, namely that Israel can not afford a war against the Arab-Muslim bloc (see below) even with the help of its allies, USA and UK, because at the end of the day, the harsh destruction from a war in the Middle East will occur in Tel-Aviv, Haifa and Beersheba and not in Washington DC or London unless it will escalate to World War. Israel should find the way to get off from the path of Self-Destruction before it will be too late, namely to End the Israeli Occupation of Palestine, sooner than later.
